IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: By using "BTC Cloud Mining Simulator" (the "App"), you acknowledge and agree that this application is a SIMULATION AND GAME ONLY.

The App does NOT perform any actual cryptocurrency mining. It does NOT utilize your device's hardware, battery, or network to mine Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency. The App does NOT connect to any real blockchain network.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the App.

2. Nature of the Service

The App provides a virtual environment to simulate the experience of cloud mining. All metrics within the App, including but not limited to hash rate (TH/s), balances, and earnings, are entirely fictional and generated for entertainment purposes.

3. Virtual Assets & Financial Value

You explicitly understand that:

The "Bitcoins" or "BTC" shown in your in-app wallet are virtual points with zero real-world monetary value.
You cannot withdraw, exchange, transfer, or cash out the virtual balances from this App to any real-world crypto wallet or fiat bank account.
In-app purchases made to acquire "Boosters" or "Premium Upgrades" are payments for digital, in-game advantages and do not represent investments in real mining hardware or actual cryptocurrency.

4. Permitted Use

You agree not to use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. You may not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or artificially inflate your virtual balance through unauthorized scripts or exploiting bugs.

5. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the App or its services for any reason, without notice, at any time. We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for entertainment purposes. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. We are not liable for any misunderstanding regarding the simulated nature of this App.
